I need to export Google calendar for some offline processing and just get to know that Google Calendar allow you to export the calendar to an ical file easily. Just few clicks away and you will be able to export all your Google Calendar into a zip file. Once the zip file is extracted, you will get all your calendars in .ics format.

To Export Google calendar follow the steps below:-

• Login to your Google Calendar -> Settings -> Calendar Settings
• Click on “Calendars” tab -> Exports Calendars
• It will prompt you to download your calendar file – a .ical.zip file, now save the file to your desktop
• Extract the zip file you just downloaded and you will see all your Google calendars in .ics format

I can perform offline processing to my Google Calendar file now 🙂
