How to join hjsplit file in Mac OS X

mac, appleToday, i just downloaded some hjsplit file to my Mac, but i notice i’ve no tools to join the hjsplit files in my Mac OS X. After some research, i found a hjsplit compatible file joiner in Mac too, it’s name Split & Concat. Immediately i tried to join my hjsplit files and it works like charm.

Dependencies failed to build: apr apr-util – Macport apache

macFor some reason my apache web server stop working and i tried to reinstall it using Macport. The apache installation stop half way and show apr-util error.

Error: The following dependencies failed to build: apr apr-util

I’ve tried to clean and update the macport before install the apache. however the result still the same.

After reading the installation log, it shows the problem from

/opt/local/include/uuid.h

and this uuid.h is actually owned by postgresql83

To solve this macport dependency error from apr and apr util, follow the steps below:-

Giveaway: Convert PDF to Word file in Mac OS X

Due to some reason u might want to convert PDF file to Ms Word in Mac OS X. Today AnyBizSoft is doing a FREE giveaway with it’s AnyBizSoft PDF to Word Converter. I’ve tried this PDF to Word Converter for Mac OS X, it works well for those text based pdf document. If the pdf contain images, it might not be able to extract out (i opened the doc file using openoffice).
