I tried that I created HTML in iWeb and published the page to a folder and then followed your procedure. But it all looks distorted when sent to gmail or hotmail. Many times my images (background images) don’t appear. Is there any other method?

    - it’s recommended not to use any images. if you wan to use images, make sure you upload you image to an online server or flickr and link your image to the flickr link. Or else all your images will not work.
    - Another point is that, please do not use div tag for your design. cuz not all email support the css you embed in the code. try to use table.
